Charlotte developer breaks ground on build-to-rent townhouses in Wesley Chapel

A Charlotte, North Carolina-based multi-family developer has broken ground on over 100 rental townhomes in Pasco County.

Crescent Communities said Tuesday that it has started construction on Harmon Ashton Oaks, a 115-unit community in Wesley Chapel. The community spans 28 acres at the intersection of State Road 54 and Ashton Oaks Boulevard.
