Dozens of townhomes planned near Temple Terrace

A Jacksonville-based real estate private equity fund is planning nearly 100 townhomes near Temple Terrace.

MSL Capital, a division of MSL Cos., which also includes property management and ground-up mixed-use real estate development, submitted plans to Hillsborough County building records for 86 townhomes on vacant land at the corner of East Sligh Avenue and East Elm Street.
