Thousand & One reaches 95% occupancy with new tenant, expanded lease

A Water Street Tampa office building landed two leases that bring the building near full occupancy.

Thousand & One, which sits in the heart of Tampa’s Water Street district, has reached 95% occupancy as real estate firm Berkadia inked a lease to relocate its Tampa operations to the office tower, and longtime tenant RSM expanded its footprint, Strategic Property Partners announced Monday.
