Miami real estate investor buy Plant City apartments

A 200-unit affordable apartment complex in Plant City has been sold for nearly $31 million.

Miami-based Starwood Capital Group, a private investment firm with a focus on global real estate, paid over $30.7 million or $153,645 per unit for Park Springs in a sale that closed Feb. 3, according to Hillsborough County property records.
