Downtown Clearwater project The Bluffs lands nine-figure construction loan

A high-profile downtown Clearwater mixed-use development has secured a nine-figure construction loan.

The Gotham Organization and its joint venture partner, The DeNunzio Group, announced Thursday they secured a $160 million construction financing package for The Bluffs — a project delivering luxury residences, amenities and retail within a mixed-use development overlooking Coachman Park. The development will sit on the former Clearwater City Hall site and complement the Hilton hotel that recently broke ground nearby.
