Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower penthouse presale sets record

The first penthouse in a luxury-branded condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg has been sold for the highest per-square-foot transaction in the Tampa-St. Pete region.

The two-story penthouse in Valor Capital’s Roche Bobois St. Pete Tower presold for $13.2 million, or $2,727 per square foot. The 29-story tower is the first branded residence in the United States for the Paris-based luxury furniture designer. The developer plans to break ground on the 164-unit tower at the corner of Fourth Avenue South and Fourth Street South later this year.
