Student housing near University of Tampa sells for $21.8M

A student housing apartment complex with nearly 50 units near the University of Tampa has changed hands.

220 Madison, which has 48 apartments, sold for $21.8 million or $454,166 per unit to Washington International Service Executives, an investment management and real estate brokerage firm based in Washington, D.C., according to a deed filed in Hillsborough County. The sale closed Feb. 11.
