St. Pete apartment tower faces foreclosure

Pressure is mounting for a firm that bought up apartment complexes at the height of Tampa Bay’s recent real estate boom.

Dallas-based Lurin Real Estate Holdings is facing a foreclosure action for a second property it owns in St. Petersburg, the Elements on Third at 3201 Third Ave. N, according to a complaint filed in Pinellas County Circuit Court.
