$21.5M Sarasota County land deal makes way for senior living expansion

A senior living community in Venice has acquired 50.25 acres of land to expand its services.

Village On The Isle, which allows older adults to prioritize independent living while offering housing, health care and support, bought the vacant land at 2705 E. Venice Ave. for $21.5 million to serve as the site of a satellite campus. That property will be known as Arbor Vita, a Village On The Isle community, according to a release.
