Multifamily land changes hands in Pasco

A Delray Beach-based commercial real estate developer has acquired over a dozen acres of vacant land in Pasco County.

Pugliese Creative Ventures bought just over 19 acres in Port Richey from Jose Albert Kreijman of Malaga, Spain, for $575,000 on Jan. 14, according to Pasco County building records. The site, at the corner of Richey Drive and Wilkins Street and adjacent to the Walmart Supercenter at 8701 U.S. Hwy. 19, is predominantly forested and features natural ponds.
