Developer snags 25 acres for Wesley Chapel retail project

A Fort Lauderdale real estate developer has acquired just under 25 acres in Pasco County for a future retail project within a master-planned community.

Stiles acquired the property from Zephyr Egg Co. located at the southwest corner of State Road 56 and Morris Bridge Road in Wesley Chapel for $12.5 million. The developer is planning to use the land for a new retail project within River Landing.
