Developer plans 900 single-family homes in Polk County

A division of Delray Beach-based homebuilder the Kolter Group is planning to bring 948 single-family homes to Polk County.

Brookfield Kolter Land, which is a partnership between Kolter Land and Costa Mesa, California-based Brookfield Residential, is developing a new master-planned community named Osprey Creek. The subdivsion will rise on 406 acres of vacant land zoned for residential in Poinciana along Marigold Avenue and near the newly constructed four-lane highway Poinciana Parkway.
