Sarasota Bay waterfront estate lists for $22 million

An estate on Sarasota Bay has hit the market for $22 million.

The over 10,000-square-foot home sits on 2.4 gated acres with 240 feet of waterfront. The Sarasota home at 3315 Bay Shore Road features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It was listed Dec. 2 for $22 million or $2,024 per square foot.
