Lakeland developer moves forward with two industrial parks in Plant City

A Lakeland developer plans to add over 4 million square feet of warehouse space to the Plant City industrial real estate market.

Blue Steel Development plans to expand County Line Farms in part to accommodate an expansion of Ace Hardware, which moved to Plant City from East Tampa in 2021. The developer is also moving forward with the 250-acre Steel 4 North, which is about 4 miles from County Line Farms.
