Dr. Kiran Patel sells Indian Rocks Beach waterfront lot after scrapping condo plans

Dr. Kiran Patel has sold a vacant lot on Indian Rocks Beach where he previously planned to build a boutique condominium.

The 1-acre waterfront property at 400 Gulf Blvd. sold for $16 million, according to a deed filed Tuesday in Pinellas County. The buyer, 400 Gulf Development LLC, is tied to Chris Suh, who has been associated with Prometheus Partners, which has acquired more than 15 acres in St. Petersburg’s Old Southeast neighborhood.
