Land brokerage firm opens first Orlando office

Eshenbaugh Land Co., a Tampa-based land brokerage firm, is expanding its footprint into another Central Florida location.

The company has opened an office in Winter Park at 941 W. Morse Blvd. The new office will be staffed with five land brokers: Austin McWilliams — who is leading the Orlando expansion — Matt White, Baxter Govan, Vaike O'Grady and Andrew Nolette.
