Luxury home development poised to break ground in Apollo Beach

Construction is set to break ground on a waterfront luxury community in Apollo Beach.

Tampa-based developer Impact Properties is behind the 47 luxury homes. Hammock Bay, as the subdivision has been dubbed, is south of Symphony Isles off of U.S. 41 in Apollo Beach. According to site plans submitted to Hillsborough County, there will be three phases to the community. The homes, which are a part of phase 1, are under construction.
