Tampa developer plans hundreds of homes in Manatee master-planned community

A Tampa developer is moving forward with building hundreds of single-family homes as part of a larger master-planned development to bring 3,500 total residential units to Parrish.

Kolter Land Partners is laying the groundwork for 184 homes for a neighborhood dubbed Rye Ranch, according to plans submitted to Manatee County. These homes are within phases IIIA and IIIB; site plans indicate that there will be four more proceeding phases. Rye Ranch is located near the intersection of North Rye Road and Rutland Road.
