St. Petersburg's most coveted development sites on tap for 2026

This past year was the year of the luxury condo tower in downtown St. Petersburg, with The Nolen, Residences at 400 Central and Art House all welcoming residents after years of construction.

As 2026 approaches, condo towers will not be the focus of development as new product, like the Waldorf Astoria Residences, are years away. Instead, the must-watch projects in St. Pete include those ready to break ground, from multifamily developments to hotels, and rare, coveted large swaths of land in the state’s most densely populated county waiting to be redeveloped.
