Camden Clearwater tops Pinellas County's highest transactions of 2025

In a year defined by recalibration rather than retreat, Pinellas County’s biggest commercial real estate deals showed where investors still see conviction.

The county’s top transactions were overwhelmingly multifamily and increasingly concentrated in core submarkets like Gateway and downtown St. Petersburg. Several properties traded below prior peak pricing or only modestly above earlier sales, signaling sellers accepting reality and buyers stepping in where pricing made sense.
