Developer proposes over 600 apartments for SPC site

The St. Petersburg College Allstate Campus is poised to become a mixed-use development spanning more than 600 apartments.

Kolter Multifamily submitted a site plan review application to the city of St. Pete for Alton Skyway, which will revamp the 17.25-acre site at 3200 34th St. S and add to the growing revitalization in the Skyway Marina District. The plans show 619 apartments across eight, five-story buildings to be built in two phases. The plans are set to be reviewed by the city’s Development Review Commission in February 2026.
