Beachmaker hotel developers acquire Bowden's Marina as resort amenity

A group of Madeira Beach locals purchased a marina to incorporate into its Autograph Collection Hotel project.

Jeff Beggins, Bill Karns and Marcus Winters, through Boca Ciega Land Co. LLC, acquired Bowden’s Marina along 150th Avenue on Madeira Beach for $5.6 million. The marina will be part of the Beachmaker — the 161-unit Autograph Collection Hotel slated to break ground in February 2026, Beggins said.
