Publix to anchor two Benderson shopping centers on Florida's Gulf Coast

Publix Super Markets Inc. will anchor two shopping centers along Florida’s Gulf Coast that are under construction.

The Lakeland-based grocer will open in two Benderson Development-owned properties — one in Venice and the other in Naples. The Venice shopping center is a new development, and the one in Naples is a redevelopment project.
