Tampa developer sells Parrish land to make way for 19 acres of commercial use

A Tampa real estate developer has sold over a dozen acres of vacant land to make way for commercial use in Manatee County.

Eisenhower Property Group sold 19 acres zoned for commercial use to KC Buckeye West LLC on Thursday. KC Buckeye is a joint venture between Delray Beach-based Kolter Group and Columbus, Ohio-based developer Casto. The land is at Oakfield, a master-planned community in Parrish.
