Build-to-rent portfolio including Wesley Chapel property lands $130M refinancing

A Wesley Chapel build-to-rent project secured refinancing in a multi-state deal.

Vireo BTR Portfolio, a collection of three build-to-rent properties across the Dallas, Austin, Texas, and Tampa metropolitan areas, secured $130 million in refinancing. That portfolio includes Vireo Wesley Chapel, a 181-unit project at 1219 Violetear Drive that is finishing up construction.
