East Tampa industrial complex sold for $92.5M to East Coast investment firm

Nine buildings across two industrial parks in East Tampa have been sold.

Tampa Infill Logistics Portfolio, a 493,957-square-foot small bay industrial complex, sold for $92.5 million, according to deeds recorded in Hillsborough County on Wednesday. East Capital Partners, a privately owned real estate investment firm, acquired the 25.6 acres at 4410-4450 E Adamo Drive and 1212 N 39th St. from Pennsylvania-based Link Logistics.
