National builder buys another 80 acres to expand Pasco subdivision

A national builder bought dozens of acres of land in Pasco County to expand an existing development.

Atlanta-based PulteGroup Inc. acquired 80 acres of undeveloped land owned by the DePue family to build on its Vida's Way community on Dec. 10. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. This new 80-acre phase, dubbed Vida's Way Heritage, will add 369 homes to the subdivision.
