Demolition begins to make way for $125M mixed-use tower bringing 254 units near Tropicana Field

Demolition is imminent at the site where a 23-story residential tower will rise in downtown St. Petersburg.

Gallery Haus, a $125 million mixed-use project near Tropicana Field, is set to begin demolition after closing a $6 million construction loan with Osprey Capital. The project at 155 17th St. S, led by Black Salmon and LD&D, in partnership with IGEQ, will bring 254 units, more than 10,000 square feet of amenities and coworking space, a coffee shop and ground-floor retail to downtown.
