St. Pete retail block, home to Enigma, Candle Pour, sold

A well-known block of Central Avenue retail in downtown St. Petersburg’s Edge district traded hands Wednesday.

PTM Partners, which developed the Moxy Hotel, sold a strip of retail stretching from The Candle Pour to Enigma to 90Ten, a Dallas-based investment firm created for commercial real estate brokers. The three mixed-use retail properties are in the 1100 block of Central Avenue, which 90Ten called "one of the most sought-after retail corridors in the Southeast." A sales price has not yet been recorded.
