Investors snap up Tampa office tower in short sale

The office tower that looms over one of Tampa’s busiest intersections has sold in a lender-driven short sale.

1 North Dale Mabry, the 13-story office tower at Kennedy Boulevard and Dale Mabry Highway that was formerly known as Tampa Commons, has been sold to Enverra Real Estate Partners. The sales price in Hillsborough County property records is pegged at $40.3 million; the tower last sold in 2020 for $56.5 million to Bridge Investment Group. Wells Fargo provided a $28.9 million mortgage for the 2020 acquisition.
