Developer of Wesley Chapel's new Whole Foods talks 'feel-good' vision

The developer of Wesley Chapel’s new Whole Foods Market-anchored retail center has a “feel-good” vision for the property.

Atlanta-based developer SJC Ventures has 15,000 square feet of retail space remaining to lease at Wesley Chapel Station, a 76,000-square-foot shopping center at the intersection of Bruce B Downs Boulevard and Aronwood Boulevard. In addition to Whole Foods, LifeTime Fitness is an anchor, and PopUp Bagels, CAVA, Naked Farmer, Petfolk and The Tox have all committed to locations in the center.
