TIAA's real estate arm acquires Pinellas Park industrial site

TIAA’s real estate investment firm acquired a 14.5-acre industrial property home to two warehouses in Pinellas Park.

An entity linked to TIAA and Nuveen Real Estate acquired Cypress Business Park at 12210 62nd St. N on Nov. 21 for $40.5 million, according to Pinellas County property records. Boston-based Cabot Properties was the seller.
