Derby Lane's 100-plus acres are on the market months after changing hands

One of the most closely watched pieces of property in Tampa Bay is on the market seven months after it changed hands.

The 131.5-acre Derby Lane is being marketed for sale by Berkadia teams in Central and North Florida, the firm said Thursday. It’s one of the largest single infill properties to come to market in the Tampa Bay area in about 15 years, Berkadia said.
