Tampa's 717 Parking to transform Channel district lot into mixed-use tower

The owners of 717 Parking are in the early stages of planning a development in downtown Tampa's Channel district.

Jason Accardi, 717 Parking co-owner, and his team are considering developing the lot at 223 N. 12th St. into a mixed-use tower that could include housing, retail space and a hotel.
