OPSWAT faces eviction at office on TPA property

The landlord of SkyCenter One at Tampa International Airport has filed a lawsuit to evict global cybersecurity firm OPSWAT following a lease dispute related to unresolved hurricane damage.

OPSWAT claims the office was made untenantable by water and roof damage from hurricanes Helene and Milton, but has allegedly refused and delayed efforts by Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, owner of the property, to repair interior portions of the space, according to a lawsuit filed in Hillsborough County Circuit Court on Nov. 7.
