South Florida developer moves ahead with St. Pete Beach condos

A long-vacant property in St. Pete Beach is finally moving ahead with development.

The St. Pete Beach City Commission unanimously approved revised plans for Corey Landings, a mixed-use project from Kolter Urban on Corey Avenue. The plans include two eight-story buildings with 133 luxury condominiums, 11,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, a 39-slip dock and a new park.
