St. Pete's ‘Cake House,’ by Fenway Hotel’s architect, is for sale again

St. Petersburg’s century-old “Cake House” is back on the market.

The home was built in 1923 by prominent local builder P.M. Murphy and designed by acclaimed architect Herman Everett Wendell, who also designed Dunedin’s historic Fenway Hotel. The estate at 1311 Beach Drive NE has entered the market at $2.15 million and is represented by Nick Janovsky of Premier Sotheby's International Realty's St. Petersburg office.
