$14M Beach Park mansion sale embroiled in legal battle

A dispute has erupted between the buyer and seller of a $14.1 million waterfront mansion that broke records when it sold in 2023.

Khaled Abdel Nafal claims the seller of 5224 W. Neptune Way, Greg Henderson, failed to disclose unpermitted work on the 10,123-square-foot home, according to a lawsuit filed in Hillsborough County Circuit Court. Jennifer Zales of Coldwell Banker Realty, one of Tampa's most active real estate agents who has brokered some of the largest luxury home sales in this area, has been caught in the crossfire of their dispute. Zales, as the listing agent for 5224 W. Neptune, was named as a defendant in the suit.
