New York firm plans 40,000-square-foot industrial project in Manatee County

A New York-based investment and development firm has plans for four industrial buildings in Manatee County.

Rich Global filed plans Wednesday with the Southwest Florida Water Management District for a project called Yeti Warehouse. The plans show four warehouses, two of which are 14,400 square feet each, and the other two are 7,200 square feet each at 2102 17th St. E.
