Michigan developer lays groundwork for more Tampa warehouses

A Michigan-based developer has plans for a new warehouse in Hillsborough County.

A Southwest Florida Water Management District permit was filed Oct. 1 for two new industrial warehouses totaling 351,464 square feet at 500 S. Falkenburg Road. The project will be West Second Street Associates’ second industrial development in Tampa.
