Penny Vinik lists Palma Ceia home

The ex-wife of Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik has listed a South Tampa home for sale for nearly $20 million.

Penny Vinik listed the home at 914 S. Golf View St. for sale on Wednesday, according to Realtor.com. Paul DeSantis of Premier Sotheby's International Realty is marketing the property for sale with a list price of $19.8 million. The listing includes the vacant lot at 908 S. Golf View, which was previously the site of an older home that the Viniks bought for $5 million in 2023.
