Longevity-themed private wellness club to break ground in South Tampa

A longevity-themed private wellness club will break ground in South Tampa in early 2026.

Developers Sidd Pagidipati and Jason Kuhn said Thursday that they plan to bring Bath and Racquet House to a vacant lot at 201 South Malcolm Court, which is south of the Kennedy Boulevard and South Dale Mabry Highway intersection. The club is unrelated to Bath and Racquet Residences, a wellness-themed condo development in Sarasota.
