St. Pete boutique condo is sold out

All the units at the latest luxury, boutique condominium tower in downtown St. Petersburg have sold out.

The 31st unit closed Tuesday at The Nolen, a 23-story tower near Beach Drive at 126 Fourth Ave. NE. The project, developed by Tampa-based DDA Development and Backstreets Capital, was completed in mid-July.
