Over 300 apartments to break ground in mixed-use Pasco development

A 330-unit apartment complex is coming to Pasco County as part of a 300-acre mixed-use development project.

A Southwest Florida Water Management District permit was filed Sept. 30 for the Springs at Abbey Crossing, an apartment complex on nearly 21 acres of land. The project is located south of State Road 52 and east McKendree Road.
