Houston developer adds to Tampa Bay portfolio with Pasco acquisition

A Houston real estate developer that’s recently been investing in Tampa properties has added another property to its portfolio in Pasco County.

Everwood Real Estate Partners closed on a $10.25 million off-market industrial outside storage property on 14159-14201 Black Lake Road in Odessa on Sept. 8. The property is 10,934 square feet, nearly 14 acres and 100% leased. The acquisition is Everwood’s third in the last year in the Tampa Bay area.
