Boutique apartments to break ground near 34th Street

A boutique multifamily development is ready to break ground outside St. Petersburg’s downtown near 34th Street.

The city of St. Pete approved permits for two three-story buildings off First Avenue South. The two buildings, which are slated to cost $4.7 million, will deliver 17 townhome-style apartment units, according to an approved site plan.
