Downtown St. Pete office tower lands 60K square feet of new deals

Bank OZK has inked a lease in downtown St. Petersburg, marking one of many new and renewed leases at the recently renovated office tower.

The regional bank will lease a full floor, or 18,146 square feet, at City Center, an office building at 100 Second Ave. S that recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation. Feldman Equities and its joint venture partners, City Office REIT (NYSE: CIO) and Tower Realty Partners, announced the lease Wednesday.
