Luxury downtown Tampa tower to offer workforce housing with $5M grant

A Miami developer will incorporate 30 workforce housing units in its upcoming $200 million mixed-use development in downtown Tampa, with a $5.4 million grant from the city of Tampa.

Earlier this year, the Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency awarded LD&D the funds to support 30 workforce units at DoMo at Cass Square. LD&D said the units will represent 10% of the planned 27-story tower at 1110 East Cast St.
