A strip of eclectic storefronts along Central Avenue in St. Petersburg's Edge district is for sale.

Retail and office space next to and on the ground floor of St. Petersburg's Moxy Hotel is for sale. CBRE Senior Vice President James Garner is marketing the 23,092-square-foot mixed-use building at 1246 Central Ave. and the hotel's street-level retail — 3,407 square feet — for sale.
