AdventHealth expands Tampa campus with $15.9 million real estate purchase

One of Tampa Bay's largest health systems is expanding its real estate holdings near the University of South Florida.

Altamonte Springs-based AdventHealth paid $15.9 million for the 105,980-square-foot medical office building at 3500 E. Fletcher Ave., Hillsborough County property records show. The property is part of a cluster of individually owned medical office buildings east of AdventHealth Tampa, a 626-bed hospital. It is the fifth-largest hospital in the Tampa Bay region by bed count.
